About The Author
Hi, I’m Juan, certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and founder of WAVE-Business Excellence Footprint S.L.
After managing numerous deployment programs, I was able to find the ideal roll-out strategy to introduce Lean Six Sigma into any company. It is effective, efficient and ensures high employee acceptance.
More than 20 years ago I started as an employee in operations, moved to project management and then worked in middle management. A few years later I became a senior manager & consultant. In the past years I worked as a Chief Quality Officer for a large international corporation.
